Epoxy Intermediate Paint

It is an epoxy resin based two component intermediate coat primer. It is a high oil primer applied over epoxy and shopprimer primers. Chemical and corrosion resistance, mechanical resistance, adhesion and elasticity are excellent.

Application Area

It is applied to metal surfaces for corrosion protection.

Application Method

It should be applied on the primed surface. The application surface must be clean and dry. The 1st and 2nd components should be mixed with each other based on the mixing ratios and after resting for 5-10 minutes, it should be applied with a brush, air or airless gun in one or two layers, waiting for 16 hours between layers. Important Notice: Components must be mixed thoroughly with each other. Since the paint cannot be used after the pot life expires, small mixtures should be prepared by taking into account the mixing ratios in order to avoid wastage of the material. Do not add a previously prepared dye to the new mixture.

Storage

It can be stored for two years in its original packaging in 5-35 °C environments without direct sunlight. It should be protected from extreme temperature, humidity and frost.
